[HSF] OPCAB

Let's not forget that OPCAB is done by both anesthesist and cardiac 
surgeon.Both must be willing and have the neccesssary knowledge and 
abilities to perform a delicate anastomosis of life long duration on a 
moving organ.Guys on the other side of the table are responsible for 
choosing on -pump CABG in 50% of the cases in my present practice.( this I 
had forgotten to put in my previous message)
