[HSF] Aortic Aneurysms and Bicuspid Valves

10 cm root ? in the presence of the prosthesis - at what level was the 
measurement done - obviously not ventriculoaortic junction - was it at 
the ST junction or maximal infracoronary level diameter at the sinuses ?
