[HSF] Aortic Aneurysms and Bicuspid Valves

Hal,
    Interestingly, I have a 10cm. ascending aneurysm to  do on Monday.  I 
haven't seen the CT yet but am concerned about it's  relationship to the sternum 
so am contemplating a right chest approach if it is  adherent to the posterior 
table.  Did you have any problems with the  sternal entry?  I anticipate 
going on pump through the groin vessels prior  to opening the chest and will 
likely do only a tube graft, depending of coarse  upon what the sinuses look like, 
as he has minimal AI which should improve  with reorientation of the ST 
junction.  A 64 slice cor angio. is being done  today which will influence the 
approach but his coronaries were okay in  2001.  I'll try to get some images from
