[HSF] Aortic Aneurysms and Bicuspid Valves

I have done eroding aneurysms (eroding the sternum) via median
sternotomy. I have placed a small incision in the second (left) space to
place a vent in the PA though you could possibly use a PA endovent.
Using fem fem bypass you can cool and drop flows while opening the
aneurysm so that even if you enter things can be pretty controllable.
