I recall seeing 3 case like that during training ... some 15 years ago .....
such cases were too many by that time ... don't see any of them now ...
used to describe them as "Aragose Heart" "Aragose= hand made doll made of
clothes and textiles, in Arabic" ... with a big head ... "aorta" and small
heart un-noticed beneath it ....
