[HSF] Future of Pediatric Cardiac Surgery?

I hear and read a lot of stuff about the less-than-bright future of adult 
cardiac surgery in terms of case volumes and jobs.  I'm wondering if the 
same holds true for pediatric cardiac surgery.  What are your opinions on 
the future of this subspecialty?
