Dear Prasanna 
The only case like that I've seen it's photo was in Hamilton Bailey's
Clinical Signs on Surgery, ... some 1980 ..... Probably the photo was taken
in India as well ... 
are you including it in the wiki ?
I guess the "thrill" of touching it does boast one's adrenaline sky high
!!!!
any other photos ?
