I agree with your game plan, I meant studies. If you had echocardiogram,
What was RV pressure estimate calculated by TR,any documentation of
IVC/hepatic vein congestion? Oxgen saturation OK? Have you had perfusion
scan of lungs?
Any signs like SVC syndrome,hepatomegaly, LFT abnormality, leg edema and/or
ascites? If the patient has the signs of right heart congestion, I may
consider to operate on him. But probably watch for a while with
anticoagulation with tight control.
Again, I said to you that I am a cautious man! How does it sound?
