[HSF] Calcified aortic stenosis

"Diffuse circumferential plate like calcification" is a porcelain aorta. 
>From the surgical perspective an aorta is porcelain when this is 
involving the whole ascending aorta precluding cannulation or cross 
clamping of the ascending aorta. (It is like the surgical arch versus 
the anatomical arch).
