  Your guess is as good as mine.  However, the fact that the  mortality and 
morbidity is substantial with aortic valve insertion (AVI), and  the long term 
track record is obviously unknown, will hopefully temper the  enthusiasm of 
substituting this procedure for AVR.  As is well documented  with decades of 
literature, AVR is a remarkably durable and safe procedure for  most patients.
