Ajit,
  I'm sure you're right, but we should be prepared and willing to  treat 
their failures.  I will say that I've spoken to a few non-EP  cardiologists who 
aren't impressed with catheter-based RX of chronic AF.   Also, the advantage we 
have is the ability to eliminate the LAA, which is  especially important in 
patients wanting to be rid of Coumadin.
