[HSF] Posterior Post-Infarction VSD, SAM, and other Misery

Hal and others,
please forgive me if I am asking mindless questions. No experience with posterior VSD.What is the position of the heart inside the pericardium during the operation? Does anybody holds the heart or is it retracted by any means?
