[HSF] Post-op arrest

Dear all and specially Claudia,
54Y/O male,IDDM,CRF on HD( Creatinin =8 mgr/dl)
Admitted with chest pain(USAP)
CAG:LMCA %60,PDA%80,OM1%90, Echo: good EF and no valvular patho.
Planning to do OPCAB.and now the problem:
No suitable homologous blood in over 20 donors and as Claudia once objected ,our blood bank is not a sophisticated one ,i.e no washed rbc.s,no radiated rbc.s, no platelet concentrates only banked blood ,FFP,random donor platelets and rbc concentrates.
Solutions:1.preop autologous blood donation
             2.Use of autotx device
             3. strict hemostasis
