[HSF] follow up of CABG+CRF(HD)+no suitable homologous blood cross match

Dear Forum,
The patient was operated yesterday:CABGX2 OPCAB (LAD,RCA) +  open endarterectomy + patch angioplasty of both vessels.OM bypass attempted but because of neccessity of endatretectomy and unstable hemodynamics aborted.
Day 0:570 cc drainage,Htc 28 and on ventilator.K 5.5 with Dx -insulin infusion,No RRT
Day 1: On ventilator(SIMV FIO2 %45 ,8/min,PEEP 3 mmHg,TV 600 cc) ABG: PH 7.24,PO2 61,Htc 28,HCO3 17,SO2 86%. Neccessary correction in ventilation made.
          On CVVHDF :Flow 120 cc/min,Ultrafiltration 100 cc/min,Dialysate 1500 cc/Hr
