The case had TS TR and was managed by Tricuspid valvotomy followed by 
implantation of a 34 sized Goretex ring resulting in competence with 
both saline insufflation and epicardial Echo.
The mitral valve had MS MR which was repaired by valvotomy, posterobasal 
chordal release and implantation of a 32 sized indigenous steel-goretex 
ring.
