[HSF] Routine closure of the left atrial appendage?

Prasanna and evrybody,
Is the trabeculcation an important issue in the generation of LAA thrombi or mere stagnation of blood  in the noncontracting small dead space within the LAA is the major factor which increases the concentration of the prothrombotic substances and starts the chain of the events .
