Theoreticaly any pressure within the CS may suffice as long as it produces enough flow to cool the myocardium.Reasons:
1.No postcapillary arteriolar sphincter in the coronary system.
2.Since there is no or very low level of substrate exchange in hypothermic myocardium there is no need to generate a transcapillary and transmemebrane capillary pressure gradient.
3.Thus no lower limit but a highest pressure limit to prevent CS injury.
