Photography seems to be more difficult with the smaller exposure !! I
have now started using a hemisternotomy with no T cut. Seems to be OK
and no lateral cut pain at the lateral cut doesn't seem to be an issue
with this. Let us see!! Started doing it again after Hal's Robotic
ventures :-) .
