[HSF] HIT and CPB

We have similar problems here with HIT patients needing urgent
intervention. Can you share references about epoprostanol use in this
setting?
Our regulatory agency has not approved any of the DTIs yet.
We do it against the law, but I imagine this will change in a very near
future.
