[HSF] Redo Radical Mitral Valvuloplasty

Prasanna,
  Great point.  If I hadn't repaired her valve, this 40 yo woman  was going 
to get a mechanical valve. Failed repairs present with recurrent  CHF.  
Thrombosed mechanical valves or massive embolic strokes usually  present a much more 
urgent picture.  As far as I can recall, I've never had  to emergently operate 
a failed repair.
