[HSF] Redo Radical Mitral Valvuloplasty

Bob,
  I agree.  That septal bulge can get you in trouble even if you  don't touch 
the mitral valve.  I recently did an isolated AVR and was  surprised to see 
mod severe MR with an anteriorly directed jet on the post-CPB  TEE.  SAM was 
evident. It promptly disappeared once the inotropes were  discontinued and the 
ventricle was filled.  Hal
