Don,
Although witty (which may be thepoint anyway) you seem somewhat  confused about my thoughts on observations. 
First: All observations are subjective (limited).
Second: All EBM is even more limited than the many observations available, and thus even more subjective in scope (even if more powerful in a narrow focus).
Third: What to do with with either the observation or its more aristocratic evidence is also subjective. 
We are now at the level of observing the observation which completes the circle to #1 where we start over.
Lastly: you are likely correct about Prasanna.
