Roberto, Yes the valve is a rheumatic one.Preop Echo is TTE.Our echo is Vivid 5 and the quality of pictures are good.subvalvular apparatus seems in good condition.Unfortunately the TEE probe have been out of use for the last 7 months. Erdinc>
