[HSF] The unresolved ascending aorta.

Michael,
For a lady of this size aortic annulus must be smaller than 2.5 cm and sinuses of valsalva 1.5 x 2.5.I wonder whether these numbers represent an aneurysmatic aorta or a slightly dilated one. What is PA?(pulmonary artery?)
