[HSF] surgical loupes for cardiac surgery??

Agree with the rest Design for vision it would be better to get the 3.5 with
the extended field. I bought mine many years ago and they last

I agree -- they are attached to a frame and lenses. No mucking around 
changing the focus etc.
I have learn't  to look look over the lenses when not needed.
