I asked my cardiology colleague to extract the pictures from the echo machine.As soon as I get them I will post them.( I will operate this lady the week after <next week)
Like you I also use a stab wound in the LV for LV insufflation but as you said before sometimes there is no suitable point on the LV free wall .those cases I use the aortic route.
