- How far was your intercostal incision ?  You spared the diaphragm? you
mean you had to DETACH the diaphragm from its circumference? or how did you
gain access to the retroperitoneal aorta ? and how far have you secured of
the retroperitoneal aorta ?

- Any reason why you've  elected to place an LA vent if you are placing an
apical LV vent ?
