This is one of key papers that explain orientation policy in
mechanical prostheses. According to Laas , bileaflet prosteses should be
implanted with one opening underneath the previous right coronary
sinus, and thet allegedly produces best hemodynamic results ( we do the
same in Dubrava since 1999)
