[HSF] Rhomatoid arthritis and root replacement

Would like to hear forum's opinion for the following case:
52 y/o female, 12 years history of RA ( on deltacortyl 5mgr /day which was gradually tapered and stoped 4 days ago)
Shortness of breath for the last several months
Thoracic CT:Acending aortic aneurysm:5.4
Cardiac cath:coronaries normal,anulus 3.8 cm,valsalva 4.5cm,STJ 4.2, Asc aorta 5.2,archus 5.0 cm
TTE:good EF,No AI
Lab :normal( Creatinin 0.7,Hb:12.6)
PLanned operation: Teflon semiring aortic annuloplasty + ascending aorta  and hemiarch  replacement (R axillary cannulation and 25 degree with ACP)
