[HSF] Anticoagulation for bioprosthetic AVR in NSR

Please respond with your "standard of care" for anticoagulation in the  
following case:
 
Young male with Staph endocarditis of native aortic valve. Preop chf, but  no 
cva. History of polysubstance abuse, but denies iv drugs. Uneventful AVR with 
 Edwards bovine Magna valve, no annular abscess. (Ross was considered.)  
Uneventful post op course, discharged in 5 days, chf  resolved, nsr.
 
? no anticoagulation
?ASA only
?Warfarin only--for how long
?Clopidogrel
?combination or other
