[HSF] rheumatoid arthritis+ root dilatation

Dear verybody,
Today I operated the lady.
1.Preop plan:either supracoronary graft replacement or root reimplantation.
2.Intraop observation:anulus 25 mm sizer,STJ 31 sizer,terminal asc.aorta> 33 sizer.Intented to perform root reimplantation but R coronary ostium just left side of NCC-RCC commisure and extend on top of it .Couldn't figure out how to prepare aortic button and cusp scallops  
3.Op:teflon felt enhancement of NCC from outside the aortic wall+ ascending and prox arch replacement.No AI with 10 cm of water  inside the graft.
any comment regarding 2.
