[HSF] CABG in Patient with HIT Antibodies

Prasanna,
what I know about HIt is that it has 2 forms : I.Heparin directly activates platelets laeding to HIT II.Ab against heparin is produced which cross reacts with PF 4 leading to thrombosis.Clinicaly it may be hyperacute,acute and chronic in presenataion.and according to some papers it occurs in about 15% of the cases!( really high percentage)
Can you give me or send me some literature.
