[HSF] Tricuspid repair w/pulmonary hypertension

Erdinc,
  Categorically disqualifying a patient with severe TR and PA's in the  90's 
will deprive some patients of a satisfactory surgical result.  I know,  
because I've successfully done such patients many times.  The key is  whether the PA 
HTN is reversible.
