[HSF] Tricuspid repair w/pulmonary hypertension

Hal,What is the limit of PAP ( I mean the irreversible one) which makes a 
heart with ischemic myocardial dysfunction( CMP?) inoperable?And, did the 
operation really prolonged and improved the quality of  life in your 
patients?
