Tim,
  Like you, I use Embol-X selectively.  In contrast, however,  I've no 
intention of eventually removing it from our inventory.  I've seen  a few cases with 
fairly large fragments on the screen.  Even if  it prevents only a couple of 
strokes per year, it's well worth it to me.
