Ben,
  Amazing.  Dr. Gomez is so impressive to be able to a "cutting  edge" 
operation that's basically been done with varying degrees of enthusiasm by  me and 
others since the late 90's.  To me, this is about as cutting edge as  doing a 
lap chole. Lower sternal wound infections, lower kidney failure...this  has 
been irrefutably established in the literature?
