  Yes, Ben, I'll be intently watching this masterful display and  trying to 
remember if it was similar to Salerno's OPCAB meeting I  attended in Buffalo, 
NY in August, 2000.  Truthfully, surgeons  doing these presentations should 
have more than just the ability to pay the  company producing the event.
