The T graft is spatulated and set up so the V lands in the middle of  
the L side of the ima slit, The first side of the anastomosis is done  
"inside" (same as side to side previously shown.) This gives you a  
right angle take off with the anastomosis almost twice the diameter  
of the T graft.
