Ajit, Frankly any material will do !! You can use autologous pericardium
/Dacron? Goretex anything including a piece of RA wall - as long as you
take good bites on both the atrial septal defect margins and the patch.
The lower margin can always be started as a"polar" stitch to give a
"good margin"
