Subject: [HSF] CABG with sub-acute Type B

Without going into too much of the work-up details (much done at an
outside hospital) -

I am current caring for a 60'ish female who was diagnosed with a type
B aortic dissection (distal subclavian to about mid-thoracic aorta,
normal size aorta) about a month ago who also as pretty severe multi-
vessel CABG (probably needs 4-5 grafts) which I am planning on
tackling soon.

Any thoughts? advice? do's don't?

oh, by the way - we just emergently dilated her 4mm post-intubation
tracheal stricture.
