[HSF] congenital case

Dear All,
I will ask your opininon about the treatment of the following case ( who is 
one of my prematurely born twins):5 months old male( 2.5 months corrected 
for prematurity),Gestational DM ,ICU stay with prolonged Dopamine use for 2 
months.
Echo:Severe concentric LVH ( specially subarterial IVS) mild hypertrophy of 
RV, RVOT gradient of severe magnitude
Right heart cath( yesterday):severe infundibular RVOT stenosis which is 
partly dynamic.
My questions:1.Is this LVH reversible?
                   2.Surgical options? when?what?
