[HSF] Correction of MR in Myopathic Ventricles

Hal,
What is the mecanism of that huge increase in EF and what was your 
myocardial protection protocol?I have to congradulate your anesthesia 
colleagues.( remember my patient with Acute AI and infective endocarditis on 
HD)
