[HSF] CABG/Mitral Repair

I'm just thinking through the possible obstructions. I don't know that you have to have MR with SAM, but someone smarter will pop off, I hope. Still whether the LV is small or full explains a lot. Did I ever mention that volumes were more meaningful than EF?

    Wouldn't SAM cause MR?  Echo showed no MR  but said nothing about the 
velocities.  The patient may have gotten too  much of a good thing and went from 
severe MR to severe MS.  It sure sounds  like MS to me.
