[HSF] [Fwd: White out]

This is the X Ray's of the case with the white out left lung.
X ray 1 is immediately after shifting. X Ray  2 was taken when the fluid 
started pouring. X ray 3is after putting a chest tube(with the 
pneumothorax which was probably air introduced while putting the tube). 
The swan was also floated at this stage.
Does somebody see something that I have not seen ?
