[HSF] Length of Stay

You hit the nail right on the head. We have the hardest time transferring to
a different to a lower care facility. No one would accept them. Nursing
homes are not available yet in Saudi. People still like to look after their
relatives. I feel not for long. In short they do not need the care of a
cardiac surgeon.

Do those Octogenarians need "cardiac surgical care" or a nursing home 
care  after hemodynamic stability (assuming no active treatment say of 
ARF etc)
