[HSF] Dissection extending into carotids

Theoretically EEG and transorbital O2saturation can monitor the adequacy of 
cerebral perfusion.For malperfusion of the carotids in the setting of OR the 
only option is the fenestration of the distal untouched 
aorta.(preoperatively  MRI ,AngioCT or Angiography will give an idea about 
the involvement of the carotids.
