Whow!
How many of these do you have to do to get to a nice result. My problem is that just a simple repair (old time standard therapy) of the ascending tear without any concern of the distal tears is now done with relatively low mortality by most surgeons. Does this "fix it all" approach hurt some who would be saved for a later day by a less vigous approach?
