[HSF] blood product in open heart surgery

Dear Hal,
It may be suprising for you but the only blood product that we use are whole 
blood,rbc suspension and plasma.Even our platelets are random donor ones. ( 
not of much use).No hematologist in the hospital and the blood bank is just 
a room with 2 technicians and 2 centrifuge device  and a refrigrator.
