Dear members,

A 35 year old man sustained a localised transection of the aorta just distal
to the left subclavian artery after being involved in a road traffic
accident. He underwent patch repair of the aorta.

What would be the chance of developing a pseudoaneurysm at the site of patch
repair? Are you aware of anything in the literature that can help answer
this question?
