Vipin - recurrent pseudoaneurysm was associated with excision of the
coarctation shelf and incidentally the BCH data of patching with Goretex did
not lead to a higher pseudoaneurysm formation (which incidentally does not
occur at the patch but in the aortic wall opposite to the patch.This should
also be extendable to traumatic patching
